DJ R3IGN: This is the official blog for one of Florida's fastest growing open-format DJs, DJ R3IGN. Taking the scene by storm in mid 2004, DJ R3IGN quickly earned four resident DJ positions at Gainesville's most well-known night clubs. His unique style and ability to read a variety of different crowds has helped him become one of the best DJs in Gainesville. He has worked huge events like MTV pool parties and shows for artists such as David Banner, We The Kings and Gemini Soundz, as well as upcoming shows at some of Florida’s hottest night clubs. "I just try to please whatever crowd I'm working with that night. It doesn't matter how much talent you have if you can't read your crowd. That is by far the most important part of this business in my opinion," says DJ R3IGN. "I also try not to copy any other well known DJ or take too much from their style. That keeps my sound fresh. I am all for learning from other DJs but not at the expense of losing my own style."
